This competition aims to develop and promote reflective wear that is stylish, wearable and effective.

 

My design was entered into the Streetwear and Upcycled categories.

 

It features a plain old denim jacket that I have added a hand embroidered floral arrangement incorporating retro-reflective yarn. The sleeves were constructed on a knit machine to complement the floral colouring with more retro-reflective yarn worked into the stripes
